We really want our customers to be happy and have a great experience at BANGLE CREATIONS. If in the rare chance you’re not happy with your order then please get in contact – your welcome to return your item(s) in original packaging for a refund or exchange within 7 days of purchase (UK) or 14 days (International)

In these instances, please ensure.

1. You get in contact with us via email so we can register your return and provide the return address.
2. Item(s) are in saleable condition and returned in their original. "Saleable" means that there are no scratches, marks, or blemishes on the item; there are no signs of wear on the product. We cannot accept a return of any item with any indication that it has been used or damaged - in these instances a refund would not be allowed. 
3. Item(s) are returned in good time, we cannot accept responsibility for lost packages therefore we’d recommend items are returned via a secure delivery for peace of mind.
4. Customer's responsibility to manage the cost of return postage to BANGLE CREATIONS, please get in contact to confirm the return address. 

We are unable to exchange directly - if you would like a different colour or size. -Please complete a return and then re-order the item you would like.
